I am Chef Susi McMahan, a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, and a California native. My love for food and passion to feed people
began at age 10. Since that time, the kitchen has been my art studio,
classroom, and workplace.
My husband, Troy, and I started Bread and Butter PCS in 2010, after completing the Personal Chef Course through Culinary Business Academy. I enjoy reading cookbooks, growing herbs, and
learning new ways to prepare delicious food. We enjoy wine tasting, and have in fact visted nearly 150 wineries from California to Minnesota! Our newest wine related hobby is tracking grape varietals.
I find much pleasure in
recipe research; always striving to further educate myself in everything
food. As your personal chef, I will customize menus that fit your
tastes, allowing you to be in control of what you're eating. Since the
food is prepared in your own kitchen, you're assured your meals are
prepared for you in the ideal environment for your family and friends.
